It is debatable and not all experts will agree but it is possible that once King Dragutin abdicated and gave ruling of Serbia into the hands of his brother Milutin and continues ruling only Sermia region, he stops using crowned images of himself and therefore all coins made featuring bareheaded king are Sermia (Srem) types and belong to 1282-1316 period. This is one of those examples.
