Extremely rare and scarce example of Prince Lazar coinage.
This is type that was found in a small hoard of 27 coins together with few coins of emperor Stefan Uros . That information as well as moneyer marks R and V that were used on Uros and his father Dusan coins confirm that this example has been issued for Lazar but under and with the approval of Uros.
Date of minting is probably near the end of emperor Uros rule who died December 1371 or possibly just after his death 1372.
