(en) Centrally placed five-field coat of arms with the Poniatowski coat of arms in the center, and the Order of the White Eagle tied at the bottom. Next to the shield on a ribbon with the inscription Rzeczpospolita there are the goddess of peace Ejrene with a palm branch and the goddess of justice Themis with a sword and scales in her hands. Under the ribbon on the left, a figure with a pen and a book is to symbolize Hugo Kołłątaj, and on the right the figure of Tadeusz Kościuszko. On the left, right and below, in wedge-shaped borders, the eagles of the three invaders of Prussia, Austria and Russia.
