Large Chinese coin

Can someone please help me identify this large Chinese coin?  It weighs 28g, has diameter 41mm and thickness 3mm.  A pointer to a Numista catalog entry would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I see no exact match anywhere including Numista except a general theme of a token/medal/amulet/charm with one side of the "token" as a commonality of similar diameter and weights. What I found so far
