Biafra only got two signatures.

I used the pictures of the 10/- (P#4), made by @gyoschak, as the cut and paste. Hope it's okay? As I understood the copyright it seemed fine at least :D

👍 I don’t understand what any of the copyright letters mean, I just picked the one with the most letters.
