Language unknown, need help

Would like your help in identifying this coin. Would appreciate the help. My suspicion is either myanmar or cambodia.

Not Burmese for sure. My guess is that this is either Khmer or Laotian.

Looks like a token from Thailand. What is the diameter?

I recognised some numbers and added them to this picture ...

Then the second unknown number is 4 or 5 or 8 and putting
each of 2403 or 2503 or 2803 in the calendar in the link only gives
a result for 2503 which is 1960 equivalent date.


P.S. Maybe, as that is an English page on here, someone can change that
information on the right - as it is in French.
