Crudely made local copy of coinage of Yuan Shikai (1915 - 1917)
He was a strongman who tried to make himself emperor of China during the Republic era, known as the "Fatman" dollar. This coin is obviously a 20 cent or 200 cash piece, but the weight screams fake along with colour.
Yuan Shikai coins are heavily faked along with many other Chinese Silver dollar types of the era.
Run a magnet over it - silver is not magnetic, original issues of this coin were silver.
