Is this MANGIN-countermark on french 10c 1877K familiar to anyone?
I believe this is PMD (Post mint damage).
Sorry I didn´t catch. Why is it marked then. Coin is a terrible condition, a lot circulated coin, so why is it countermarked as it is now. ´Cause it´s worn and circulated?

Looks like MANGIM to me and that is a surname.
