Need help determining date on this coin

It appears to be a type of Spanish real coin. It looks like there is a date (1810) on it however I cant find anywhere that a Philip real was minted around that time frame. All the other King Philip real's range from 1555 to 1746.

Any other info of this particular coin would be much appreciated.

The fancy of the date (0181) indicates it's an evocation token

and what's that (an evocation token) I mean? Honestly I don't collect tokens, but I'm still curious about the "turned" date.
