Roman Provincial AE26 w letters within wreath?

Hi,

I recently came across this coin but haven’t been able to identify it. All I know is that it’s a Roman provincial coin with Greek legend...Any clue what it is? I have never seen a reverse design like this, save for the common VOT types.

diameter: 26mm
weight: 8.14g

Thank you! Not the same reverse, but Caracalla’s coin from Nicopolis looks very similar. At least it has a smaller wreath and mine seems to have the ANTΩNIN legend on its obverse too?
