Cannot identify Korea coin [opgelost]

I got this coin from the dealer and he said its a coin from Thailand, Singora, Songkhla Province.
But I cannot believe his words, the language written in coin is looking like Hangul dialect from Korea.

일 - I can identify this character as 1 (eel).

Also I can see the image of Rose of Sharon, which is the national flower of Korea.

Please help me to identify this coin
