Jeton or token COTSED 20 c

Hello, I came across token/jeton with word COTSED and value of 20 c. It's small, 13 mm diameter, probably made of brass, from the context of all batch I guess could be from 1950's or 60's. I know it's not a big deal but still I would like to know what is it. Some idea? Anyone?
