India - Princely states, small copper coin for identification

Hi, this one is just a mystery to me, copper, 14 mm in diameter, 3,19 gr., 2 mm thick. After few days of browsing I have decided to find an expert here :).

Thanks!!!
There's a possibility that this is a somewhat worn example of a "bull & horseman" jital. The weight and diameter are about right, and the small circle near the center of the first photo is reminiscent of the bull's hump. However, I can't be sure.

Here are some good sources of information on "bull & horseman" jitals:

Robert Tye’s book Jitals is also a great resource. It’s available as a free .pdf download (with registration) from https://www.academia.edu/356700/Jitals
Thanks! This might be the right direction indeed.
