It is a horseman jital.
Probably from Dehli Sultanate.
I didn't manage to find a match though.

Date may be AH 943 (lower half of first photo). Second photo should be rotated 180 degrees.
But sir , diameter is little less than 20 mm

For Indian coins diameter does not matter. They are based on weight.
The diameter depends on the flan used. There can be a thick coins with less diameter or thin coins with more diameter.
