Fake Gold Ottoman Coin?

I recently got this coin from a friend of my mother’s. All I know about it so far is that it’s from the Ottoman Empire, but I can’t find it not it’s value anywhere. I’m beginning to think it’s just a fake. (Sorry for the low quality pictures by the way, my camera is broken).
