Potential sicilian coin (part II) - unknown era - extremely poor condition

And the last (for now at least) and potentially the worst or hardest to figure out as I have no clue on anything other than potentially its origin/circulation area

Had a few ideas, but they all seemed to have been in vain. Went with thinking that it was from Hieron II era and I was almost certain that on the reverse it was some sort of a club or bolt...until I started seeing a horse, so I went and had some tea to clear my mind. That didn't help. Still confused. The one thing that I found peculiar was the way the coin was struck have some really deep engraving.

It weighs 5.18gr and it measures 17.8mm and again, potentially made out of bronze

Again any suggestion or reference would be greatly appreciated
