1551 Stolberg? (German States) [opgelost]

The seller thought it was a 1551 coin from Stolberg. I see that Stolberg has a stag and sometimes a pair of fish so that is consistent, but there are so many choices that include "Stolberg" in their names and this coin is very worn. (Other places also used similar designs such as Wurttemberg, who also used antlers and fish). Can you help me narrow it down? Can you see a date? I think I see a "51" above the shield, so I assume that is the partial date. Thanks!

approx 18 mm and 0.99 grams
Stolberg was divided but many of the coins are listed as joint coinages just under Stolberg. This appears to be Krause MB# 24 and attributed to Joint Coinage II: Wolfgang, Ludwig II, Heinrich XXI, Albrecht Georg, Christof I,
1538-1555.

The date seems to be clearly (15)51.

Saurma has the same attribution for the type (omitting the generational suffixes).

I don't see any similar coins under Wurttemberg in Krause or Saurma.
Thanks bjherbison!

I think you found it! With that information, ("dreier", the names, and "Stolberg (counts)" presumable translating to "County of Stolberg"), I would think my coin is 1 Dreier - Wolfgang, Ludwig, Heinrich, Albrecht Georg und Christoph

That's one coin closer to my goal of finding all the German States.

Thanks!

You are welcome.

That does look like the right coin. I don't have the reflexes to look in Numista once I've identified a coin elsewhere.

Are you familiar with the Every Country group ( https://groups.io/g/Everycountry )? The group maintains a list of coin issuers in hair-splitting detail. You will likely find many more German States issuers than you had expected.
