The second also seems to be Liege, hard to find an exact one in that condition, may not be in the catalogue yet
The second one is indeed Liege too. It's this one: 1 Liard 1746, 5th type, Prince-bishopric of Liege: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces29808.html
Three digits of the date are clearly visible: 17x6. There are only 2 types with this combination and the date digits separated around the shields on the reverse. KM# 146 and KM# 150 but look at the shape of the obverse shield: yours is KM# 150.
