Could anyone please tell me the difference between the first numeral of these 10 Agorot coins?

One is a short balanced T, the other has an extended top line to the left.
Thank you so much!

The short balanced T is a 7, the other one is a 4 I think :)

Edit: The left one is 2014, the right one is 2017. Again, I think ;)
They say "Pecunia non olet", but I know better...
Thanks you both very much. When I work on Israel I have to take extra time to identify the coins properly, but this information will help me.

Our numbers (years) are letter based. Like: a stands for 1, b for 2...
Now, what you think is the first numeral is actually the last (we write from right to left).
what looks like T is our letter "dalet" ("d") - ד
the other, shorter one is ז - "z"
