5 rappen 1953 Switzerland double die [opgelost]

Hello!

I have found what seems to be a double die variety for the 5 rappen 1953 coin from Switzerland (see photos below). I am not very experienced with errors, therefore I thought it might be a good idea to ask the community about this. It would be great if someone could confirm that this is indeed a double die and not some other type of mint error.

Also, in your experience is this impacting the value of the coin? And if yes, in what way? Any opinion would be greatly appreciated!

No extra value, except if you find somebody collecting such kind of coins. I have quite a few, but I never paid any premium for them!
