Adding Exonumia Buffalo Silver Bullion Rounds

I have a few different designs of 1 oz silver buffalo rounds that are not currently in Numista. These are rounds that are minted by private mints in the United States. I have some questions regarding how to add them. 1) What do I put in for the authority? 2)Some coins have the same design but differ in having a date, having no date, having a mint mark, having no mint mark, and having slightly different designs (this is especially true for the Highland Minut). Would they all be on the same page as minor variations or done with different pages? 3) what field identifies them as United States bullion? 4) would I attach pictures for each variation on the same page (except for dates)?

thanks, I'll add them if can get instructions. I did read the note on adding coins but it didn't say much about Exonumia. If it is too much of a bother to answer, that's OK too. My pictures are not that good, attached is an example from the Great American Mint in California. They have one design with a GA mintmark, and other without a mintmark. They are undated. The one shown has the mintmark by the buffalo's rear leg.

Let me start by saying thank you for taking the time to make sure you are entering your coins correctly. Also, make sure you add them under exonumia using this link.

1. Most of the time for exonumia, if is says where it is from you can take it at face value.

2. You can simply add variation of mint mark or year under different year lines. As for design variations, it really depends on how significant the differences are.

3. Again, if they say there from the United States they're probably from there.

4. You can add photos in the comments. Only use photos you have taken or from sources that have given permission.
