SCWPM is not clear enough regarding the difference between New Zealand S157 and S165. It might be an error or the difference is just the date. Any other photos I found show no difference between this notes. I added S165 as year line to S157 so plese delete this:

Bank Note Museum says what the difference is:
P#S157: Office of issue handstamped.
P#S165: Office of issue in plate.

So the difference is in the printing, although with the stamp, the legend is the same. I do not recall encountering a situation like this before (meaning I have nothing to compare this to), but I can see an argument going either way for splitting/combining these. Being the referee, would you still like these combined, knowing this information?
