I have had this coin for a long time, but I haven't been able to identify it yet.
It is also quite worn.
Help me!

Diameter: 14 mm
Weight: 0.40 g

Thanks!
It will be very difficult due to the rough condition, but maybe someone will recognize the unusual cross with something like a figure 8 at the tips of the cross.

For example, the size/denomination on this are correct, and the cross is close, but I think yours had a beaded border? https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces176402.html
Could be a Key instead of a cross:

Something like that:

I have the same idea, the points of the cross are very unusual, they look like an 8.
I don't think it's my coins, but it's very similar.
Thanks!
I like @Geison's suggestion of keys, which also fits your expected origin of the coin.
It's not clear that we have the same ending on all four arms of the cross.
And I am also not sure the arms are meeting at 90 degrees. I think a cross would always be 90 degrees, but not necessarily so for keys.

This one has some objects in the angles, which maybe yours also has?

It's possible!

I have also these two, the second surely have two cross keys, but I haven't finded any information here on numista, maybe these coins are not listed?

1st coin 0,43g 14mm
2nd coin 0,30g 14mm
It looks like Philip II of Spain obv on the first coin. As you know, he shows up on coins of many places, including Italian States, Low Countries, etc.
It's a strange reverse.

Edit: I say "strange reverse" because I am not familiar with any coin of Philip with another figure on the reverse. This figure looks crowned, but maybe it is a bishop's miter? St. Ambrose shows up on the reverse of many coins of Milano, but I cannot find a coin with Philip obv and Ambrose rev when looking in Numista or acsearch. But I know the smaller coins often have many variants, so maybe Milano could still be an option?
