Mexico 1957 10 Centavo error??

I am curious if anyone is familiar with this error? Or, if there is a way to see on Numista all coins minted in a particular year at a particular mint? Please notice the "10" located between ESTADOS UNIDOS. Also, there appears to be a U or V between UNIDOS MEXICANOS. The coin weighs 5.5 g, and the diameter is 24.10.
