1771 one farthing, harshly cleaned in the past

I beleive this to be a real coin, does it have much value?
it's ok if it doesn't, I didn't get into coin collecting to make money, just curious
The weight is 4.5 grams 23 MM

​Well, I guess $50 U.S. or more, I really don't know, I know that coins that have been cleaned it takes value away, I just don't know if it has much value after what has been done to it
