These are just tokens made to fool bullion collectors IMO. I have seen items like this sell for between $1-$3. The rarity index for this site is misleading, it only means that no one on this site has those tokens, it doesn't mean they're rare.

The spot price on copper is about $0.26/oz right now. Any potential value beyond that is going to be due to collector interest in the design (which is unlikely to get you past the $1-$3 that Steve27 mentioned) or some unprecedented, massive spike in copper prices (which would have to quadruple to get to the low end of the previously-mentioned collector price).

Copper is a valuable resource, but not in any volume that you can fit in your pocket.
