bought couple kg coins and this one was there and If someone could tell me what coin is this or is it coin at all. It is not magnetic and weight is 0.35g.

I think this is a small brass (or at best gold-plated) token , or adornment made in the likeness of a small Ottoman gold coin.

It is not a real Ottoman coin as best I can tell.
