Couple of Hong Kong medallions for identification and valuation

I picked these up at an auction recently. Described as Hong Kong medallions
The first
Described as 24 K gold plated, 1947-1997 commemorative.
As far as I can decipher (Google translate), it is something to do with the 50th Anniversary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is 40 mm in diameter and weighs 32.6 g. I can find no mention of any such medallion/token in my research.

The second
Described as possibly gold plated.
I have nothing on this one, no even with Google translate. It is 50 mm in diameter and weighs 39.9 g.

Any info would be appreciated.

1st medal was made by local arts & craft factory, from 1997

2nd is tourist medal from Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor

Thanks for the info.
Any idea of valuation? I don't expect it would be much.
