Papal State - Pirate Coin?!?!

Hello everybody...!!!  :))
I got this coin on eBay and the original title was: "Medieval Billon Silver Coin Ancient Lot 1400's AD Antique Old Cross Keys Pirate"
but it looks like Papal States coin with legend: Obverse: Pavlvs PP III ; and on Reverse ST PATRENIA and something else I can't read...
did anybody come across something similar? I would like to find a match and get more info about my coin...?!!?

Here's another question: I found a similar coin on Italian eBay: https://www.ebay.it/itm/164599134151?hash=item2652df77c7:g:XBgAAOSwWmhf41Gq

This one on (second image) of ST PATRENIA (St. Peter?) is mirrored compared to my coin... so is my coin a forgery by pirates (a contemporary imitation?) or is it a variation of the coinage back then, would like more info on that, please...!!!

Here's what I know about my coin: Size: 17mm || looks like a Quattrino || and looks both Copperish/Billon AR... || Pontificus Pavlvs III ruled from 1534-1549...

Thank you in advance for your help...!!!
You have said the answer : is a Papal coin. Why pirats could have done a countefeit coin from this?
You are correct.

It appears to be a quattrino of the Papal State of Fano issued under Pope Paul III: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=477919
Thank you, both, so much for your replies...

When I looked closer at my coin, I see that it is very much the coin tdziemia found and gave a link... and what I thought was a mirror image of St. Patreni (in legen ST PATRENI) the "S" and T" of the word "ST" looked on my coin, at first like a top, curved portion of the scepter the saint was holding... so now it is more clear... Thank you again and have a great day...!!!  :))
