Guernsey 4 doubles with art, or some medal?

Hello to all. I got this in a lot and I'm a bit puzzled. It was labelled "Guernesey Medal" but to me it looks like a 4 Doubles (KM#5 1864-1911) on which someone with a creative mind drew an Owl after polishing the reverse.
Opinions??? If I'm right, is it worth keeping?
- Diameter 26mm
- Weight 4.4gr (a sliver less than the 4 doubles @ 4.8gr)

Thanks, Alex.

It was used probably in a necklace or hung to something judging from the hole in it. It could be worth keeping if you want to as a show and tell testifying to people’s creativity. But other than that I don’t think it holds any particular value even as a token
Well, somehow that piece of art ended up in a bag I bought the other day. I'll try to find someone who may want it for what it now is.
Thanks!
