Arabic (?) and slavic (?) coins

Hello, I bought these in an antique market in Brazil, the arabic one looks to be really light and the other one is similar to a roman coin but with cyrillic letters
Pecunia Totum Circummit Ordem
the arabic on seems to be a dirham of some sort I would try looking under that
The Roman is just Roman, some letters are just slightly different than the ones we use today.

Managed to figure out the text around the emperor's face (GAL VAL MAXIMIANVS NOB CAES), which means that the emperor is Galerius.
The reverse is CONCORDIA MILITVM.

Mintmark is gone, so I can't make more progress.
We have only two variants on Numista (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces40305.html and https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces107533.html), but there are a lot more on Wildwinds (https://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/galerius/t.html).
It'a an Umayyad dirhem struck at Wasit in the year AH 92. Coins of this mint are common though some years are probably scarcer or much scarcer than others.
