Coin indendification

Hello
Studying the history of Paduan coins, a friend of mine sent me a photo of this coin to see what it is.
I can not find this type of medal anywhere.
The size is 36mm and the weight 32gr.
But despite the attempts to find out exactly what it is, in the end I could not find the type.
can you help ??

NERO CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GER P M TR IM III P P
Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, Pontifex Maximus, Tribunicia, Imperator, III Pater Patriae
Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins


Not 100% the same but a very similar Paduan from Giovanni da Cavino (1500-1570)

so it is definitely of the Italian renaissance.
