the only thing I know about this coin is that during those times russia made what is called "wire money" and cut up bits of metal of a round bit of metal stock and thats why its so irregular don't know the exact type though
Don’t know if it’s a kopeck or not but it could very well be silver back in those days I’m pretty sure Russia used low percentage silver with the rest copper so that could be why it looks copper

The riots were a consequence of the gradually deteriorating situation of the Russian economy, the problems of which resulted, inter alia, from the wars waged at that time against Sweden and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. In 1654, the Russian authorities decided that they would start issuing large amounts of copper money, treating its value on a par with silver coins. This led to a decline in the value of money, massive counterfeiting, often involving top government officials, and a consequent crisis. He attacked with all his might in 1662.
