Help identify this possible saxon or crusader coin?

Reverse I am pretty sure you have nOTOMAGVS (for the mint). I wish I could remember where this is, but somebody else surely will.

Obverse it looks like a name starting with hLV, so one of the many rulers named Louis.

Edit: I think Notomagus is Nijmegen. Now the trick is to ID the coin. Certainly there was a mint there in Ottonian times, but I've not yet found your coin. Very nice, by the way!
Looking at the cross side again, I am now seeing some variation on HEINRICVS I for the ruler (which I guess is why you were thinking Saxony...Regensburg was also minting temple denars ). So, one of the emperors Henry.
Edit: Specifically, in your third photo, I think I see + hIEnRCVS I for "Henry, Emperor." But maybe a Germany expert here with more experience can improve on that.

I'm not able to find the coin searching under Nijmegen and Henry/Heinrich, or a number of other combinations. But maybe this will give someone else enough info to find it. Dannenberg catalog maybe?
