2005 50 dollar freedom tower Cook Islands

I am looking for any information on if this coin is possibly real as I have an active deal to buy it

In my opinion this is a "commercial coin" - only made to earn money.
It would be horrible for me to knew that a coin in my collection containing gold former owned/used by victims of terrorism.

With this coin someone made money with otherones pain.
