I can clearly see the Misr mintmark of Egypt,

But I cannot recognize the tughra.
It is possibly a period counterfeit to resemble a silver qirsh,

​Hi, the text you enlighted is NOT the Mint name, it says "Duriba Fi", it means "Struck in".
the Mint name is UNDER this text, but I can't decypher it...
