Indeed, nice find. Because the 1720 was so clear and without any discussion on your coin, I didn't look at earlier dates, even when Leopoldus was written on your coin. Since 1720 must be Charles VI, I thought you had a fake coin, never thought about an error date.
One strange thing though: in my KM 7th Edition 1701 - 1800 (the same edition as yours) your coin is under Bohemia:
In the same edition, the Austria KM# 1430 is also a 3 Kreuzer but another type than in your edition. Again very strange since they are supposed to be the same edition:
