Change "Head 1838" to "Head of 1838"

Not sure about the spaghetti logic arrows? Maybe it's clear without them since everything is labeled?

I don't mind the arrows at all but I think it would be less bombastic when the arrows follow a shorter road with much less overlap:

But of course with Ole's more fluent arrows than mine.

OK but maybe swap positions of the head of 1838 and 1837 to make it cleaner?
