Citeer: "7Bundies"From the photo they seem to all be Qing Dynasty, so not really old, 17th-19th CE. At first glance they look mostly authentic. Closer examination may prove some to be copies. Your best bet is to look in David Hartill's "Cast Chinese Coins". Just going by your photo, the coin front centre and the one directly behind it seem to be "Qian Long Tong Bao" of Emperor Gao Zong (1736-1795) and the two to the left of those "Kang Xi Tong Bao" of Emperor Sheng Zu (1662-1722). I am not an expert but I have a few from each of these two emperors and I have some modern and contemporary fakes in my collection (almost 1,000 cast Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Indonesian official coin, coins from private issues, various rebels and Vietnamese and Indonesian 17thC copies of Chinese 10th-12thC Northern Song), so I do have a bit of knowledge and David Hartill's marvelous books. Modern cheap copies made for tourists and Feng Shui are thin, very light and generally have a grainy pattern around the characters. Legitimate coins of the size shown will weigh between 2 and 4.5 grams depending on period and mint they originate from. I hope this is of assistance.Thank you
