Odd Prussian coin: contemporary or modern counterfeit?

Hi all,

Really curious about this strange coin. I think it's supposed to be an imitation of something like this:

Unfortunately, the obverse is so obliterated that it's hard to tell.

The whole legend is retrograde and as far as I can tell, total gibberish. I'm thinking counterfeit, but contemporary or modern?
I'll weigh it and check for magnetism when I can, which will be in about a week.
Has anyone seen anything like this before?
Even though it says that’s the composition is silver it still could be a low percentage like billion meaning if it was found in acidic ground it would corrode easily
Not retrograde (backwards), but inverted (upside down).
Without researching it, looks contemporary to the era rather than modern.

Obverse does not seem to be the margrave/duke's image but hard to say.
That reverse legend is gibberish .... something like the letters ARIS punched randomly upside down.
I would think it's a contemporary counter token, or a token of some sort anyway. Non-sensical legends are very common for such copper or brass tokens.
