Ottoman Coin ? - Read post for further details please [opgelost]

Hi folks ,
still going through the coins from late mothers belongings and would like help with this item please.
From another post id been given identification on some ottoman coins , on looking further through that section i saw some ottoman coins that had holes punched in them. This led me to the thought that maybe this "coin" in question wasn't actually a trinket or necklace piece but could be a coin after all.

it measures 23 mm at the moment but is edged somewhat so could potentially have been 24 i guess.
I still have no suitable scales im afraid so weight is unobtainable.
Thickness is literally paper thin , well maybe two sheets of a4 paper thick.

I have no idea as to the orientation of the coin so have put several at different rotations .

Despite the appearance in pictures it is silver in colour.

Any help is much appreciated and given ive had success on every other query so far i doubt you guys will be unable to not provide some clarity for me on this.
Many thanks

with (ironically )reading the post before mine and following certain links placed therein and subsequent ones, ive been led to think this could be a belly dancer coin. . Can anyone verify that for me please ?
i do have verified ottoman coins so its plausible to me that this could be an actual coin .. Until told otherwise by you guys and girls..
Yes, a "belly dancer token." Poor calligraphy quality, lack of sharp details or a date, thin metal and hole all indicate this.
Many thanks Seeker ..
