Kippermunzen "3" 16.Z1 ( 16Z1 1621 ) Mint initials G O.

Any ideas gratefully accepted. The denomination is clearly a 3 written within the orb of the holy roman emperor. The mintmaster's initials seem to be very clear (GO) the date seems to be 1621 with the 2 rendered as a Z and a central dot. The left side of the arms seems to comprise 4 bars and the right side seems to be an object (unclear). The coin is presumably low grade billon and around 1cm in diameter, weighing 0.5g (0.017 oz)
Thanks

Thanks, the Mansfeld suggestion is closer than anything I've found in Krause. The problem, I think, is with my picture which didn't show the left side of the shield clearly. I hope the image above provides some clarity. The four bar heraldry doesn't appear often and seems key. The 'image' on the other half of the shield will confirm identification but I don't have a clue what it is. Thanks for taking the time to help to identify this coin which has defied years of attempts to identify it.
I can see descriptions of similar two fold arms for Anhalt, but with half an eagle on the left and '8 or more bars' on the right. There's an intriguing note in Krause before the Kipper Munzen, to the effect that the arms are often reversed. There's no mention of ' G O ' as mint official's initials, though.
