still learning when it comes to ancients, it appears to me that most of the lettering is off flan. Maybe someone knowledgeable than me may recognize the emperor.

I think this is Constantius II as Augustus 347-355 AD. On the obverse I can see the ending of the IVS PF AVG inscription. Certainly on the revision FEL TEMP REPARATIO. The Mint, perhaps CON- Constantinople.
