eBay buy

Hi guys,

Usually I am against buying or selling coins, but sometimes I cant resist. Look what I've bought a few days ago:

Is it overpriced or is alright? Actually I don't really care, because I like them very much; just wanted to check. The interesting thing is, one of them has 100 rarity index.

I think that is a great price. The Turks and Caicos islands coins are worth that alone.

Thank you. The coins arrived today and they are absolutely fantastic. But some of them are not listed in Numista and I would like to do it. The problem is the picture. I've tried with the scanner, tried with Nokia N8 and with a Samsung 14mp camera and the results aren't good enough. What would you suggest?

Switch the macro on with your digi cam. That is a great buy, if I had of seen those you wouldn't have won em for that much !

Try again with the scanner, you might just need to tweak the settings (oh, and make sure the deck is clean!) I use a cheap Epson all-in-one and the quality is just fine - actually a bit too good on some of my more circulated coins! I usually have the resolution set at 600 dpi which ensures that the jpeg size isn't too big. Good luck
