Medieval or Mughal - coins from India - #1 [opgelost]

need help in identification of the following coin -



Approximate Dimensions: 18.9mm - 16.8mm
Weight: 14gm
Thickness: 6.95mm

i've tried to clean the coin a bit with ketchup as suggested

any help welcome for identification as well as further cleaning if required

about 75 more similar (at least to my untrained eye) coins to follow

Well, lets get some terminology out of the picture. It is neither Ancient nor a punch marked coin, so please don't use that in the title. I suspect its Mughal or local issuance in India, but I don't have an exact attribution for you...
