This coin in numista is in reality merged from FIVE different km#, like shown here:

In numista there is absolutely NO mentioning of that. I believe the referee should have a look at that to set it right.

Please do something.

And same as I mentioned: "send request directly to the referee"... You can send a PM directly to the referee to agree on the structure with him; they are 2 for Belgium, no backlog, nice people.

Send a PM and check with them ; then come requests or forum ticket in case of a problem or if details are needed or need to be circulated.
