Australia Tokens late XIX and early XX Century

I have seen a token  which I d like you to identify:-  W A B engraved rev.  1/-  brass 30mm.  O/. There is a central hole with W A above at 10 to and two o'clock either side of the hole,  and B under the hole.  R/.  The digit and the wedge for the slash are looking from your part of the world.   I d like to know what the initials stand for and approx date of use and for what purposes.  Thanking you.  Regards BunsBuns
