I would grade as a VF example.  But, I wouldn't go by the NGC value of $40 USD.  If you were to auction on ebay, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you got over the EF value of $110 USD.

Beautiful coin if genuine. I would like to see better photographs however. As I see It in the existing photo, dare I say XF?
