Hi! Why do you think it's a holed coin and not a ring?!? The photo,even enlarged,shows nothing as details good for an ID. Is that anything written on the item? If not,don't bother anymore,it's not a coin unless some primitive one!

Is it made of copper?  If yes than it is a gasket-washer used to seal fuel-pipes.
