Hello

Does anyone know what this coin is?

I think it is Roman, but I'm not sure

Hi Sof1a,

Try to get as close and in focus to  your coin as possible with good lighting.  It helps too, if you know how to crop your images.  Also, the diameter and weight of the coin is tremendously helpful. 😄

I did what I could - brightened (twice), rotated, cropped …

Also would like the diameter, as mentioned, and weight if you can.

The reverse has spaced out GLORIA lettering, as in GLO RI A …

After GLORIA it looks like R letter, so may be ROMANORUM there.

Similar: N#114502

Obverse:

Bust of Honorius, right, pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed, a star behind head.

Lettering: DN HONORIVS PF AVG

Reverse:

Three emperors (Arcadius, Honorius and Theodosius II) standing facing,

the two outermost holding spears with outer hand and leaning on shields with inner hands,

the innermost with head right holding spear in right hand and globe in left hand.

Lettering: GLORIA ROMANORVM / ANTB

So if your coin is about 13mm it might be that one. More possible lettering …

The diameter is 12 mm

On the left of the head there is large writing which is hard to see on the images on the listing. On my coin there is a blank space at the top of the head which the listing shows as writing there.

Could it be this possibly? N#308829
